TGI Wins Four CDA Customer Service Excellence Awards

CHICAGO, August 27, 2019 – “The Grove, Inc. and our Chicago O’Hare International Airport locations won four Concessions CustomerService Excellence Awards issued by the Chicago Department of Aviation last week. 

TGI’s proprietary brand, Fresh Market, along with our two Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory locations each won an award for Highest Food and Beverage Mystery Shop Scores.  The Grove, Inc. won the Top Performing Food and Beverage Company of the Year Award.
