Throughout all of our locations, The Grove, Inc.’s sustainability goals include:

Prohibiting petroleum-based packaging, and using biodegradable or sustainable packaging material
Procuring sustainable food products and sourcing locally whenever possible
Purchasing products with less packaging
Participating in surplus food donation programs
Contributing to composting programs whenever accessible
Reuse, Repurpose, and Recycle training and advocacy
Utilizing energy efficient equipment and lighting
Using construction materials that have minimal impact on the environment where possible
LEED Council outreach

Alongside our restaurants, the TGI corporate office has an ongoing green initiatives program, practicing what we preach. In line with our corporate goals, each brand that we operate follows a sustainability plan, choosing products, processes, and building materials that are best for the environment. TGI supports the sustainability efforts of all our brands and venue partners, abiding by their policies and often exceeding requirements to do the best we can for our planet.

Grove Giving

TGI is passionate about charitable contributions, volunteer participation, and community outreach. These efforts greatly affect the residential, professional, and tourist communities in which we operate. The TGI family is encouraged to participate in events and activities to raise awareness and charitable donations for core causes close to our hearts, such as children in need, environmentally responsible efforts, and disaster relief.
